Barely any or none maintenance done, been here a year and the AC filter is from previous renters and visibly dirty, roaches, no one picks up their dog shit and they do nothing about it even after you complain, cant even sit outside because it smells like rotting shit. Terrel went above and beyond when my air conditioner broke down. He set up a portable air unit and returned more than once to ensure that all was well. As soon as the new part was received, he promptly repaired the unit. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. Thank you, Terrel!
