I initially had a very positive experience with this apartment complex, as they were very prompt and responsive when answering general questions and assisting with the application process. However, once I raised concerns regarding discrepancies between the advertised lease prices and the actual charges, communication changed significantly. I like the apartment, it’s large and spacious but my move-in experience wasn’t great. Was told I would be on the 1st floor and ended up on the 3rd floor,,all appliances were broken and ac until went out and it took 4 work orders for them to finally fix it. Balcony outlet still doesn’t work and I’ve put in 3 or 4 work orders for it also. They don’t give you the option to bring your own washer and dryer but you have to pay monthly to rent theirs and they are old and the buttons don’t work great.
