I lived here for two years. Go ahead and find any other place to live, even if it’s a dumpster behind Publix, You’ll be treated far better And there would probably be less fire ants with cleaner facilities that actually work. Imagine calling and letting your apartment office to coordinate paying for a maid service out-of-pocket and them spitting in your face. Overpriced, Full of fees, and they could care less. I feel sorry for the neighbors I leave behind
I can’t say enough good things about management and maintenance. Their hard work is truly reflected.
Love living here. The property amenities are continuously being upgraded, and the apartments are spacious and in a great location to get anywhere in town quickly. We love how luxurious the pool area feels and the recent upgrade to the firepit is really nice. We've been here for a couple of years and have only had very minor issues that have always been fixed timely.
Where do I even start? There's so much wrong with this apartment complex and how it's managed/run. We recently moved out after living here for a couple of years. I have a lot of complaints. 1. Way over priced 2. Maintenance people are creeps and don't actually fix anything (panties go missing, they'll stare you down from golf carts outside your windows, go in unannouced and get caught on your security cameras) 3.
