Love the area and my first year living here was awesome until new management and new maintenance team took over. It went downhill from there. The old maintenance team was so nice, polite, communicative, and timely on requests. They’d wave at me and always offer a smile and hello. New maintenance team will hardly look at you. We broke our lease after few months due many reasons but mainly to black mold growing on the wall behind the fridge - they sent maintenance guy to clean it up with a wet rag. Horror. This place is not worth having health issues. Also, roach infested and that was never resolved, bunch of water damage in the apartment (dishwasher leaking), dirty areas in front of the apartment, constant piles of trash on the sidewalk next to the trash compactor… I can go on and on. Going on 3 years living here and we love it! Maintenance team is the best - always professional, quick, and efficient. Maintenance tech, T, was great! 🙏
