I live in San Antonio. I was in Gonzales for work and my car broke down. I knew I needed a dealer so I had it towed to Luling Chevrolet. This was around 2:30 pm. I spoke with Fernando and he spoke to some one else and they had a Tech on my car in an hour. I had my son pick me up and I returned Friday morning. they had my car ready by 10 am...and EVERYONE in the dealership is very very nice. I'll never go there again. They are rude and always trying to pass mistakes onto other coworkers. Told me to start saving my money to get my car fixed. How rude I HAVE the money. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I was on my way to pick up my new Silverado when roofing shingles with nails attached flew out of a truck and i wasn't able to miss them and got a flat. They came and picked me up and brought me to the dealership. I had Roadside assistance and service through my insurance, but the guys went out there and changed the tire and brought my trade truck in. No questions asked about the tire.
