RecommendedI had an issue with my truck while heading out of town. I called right at closing time and luckily Ryan and a tech Daniel were still on site. They both were patient and helped me out with my situation. Thank you guys for being awesome.
5 Stars all the way for Josh Crouch and his team, they have treated me right everytime I have stop by, and of course they worked a great deal for me on my Silverado. Thanks again Guys. Definitely recomend everyone stop by and give them a try.
The customer service for the repair shop is horrendous! I cannot speak for the service of getting a vehicle serviced since you cannot get in to get your car fixed.

A 5 Star rating for good service! Today was my first time shopping at a dealership. I was nervous, but Luling Chevrolet changed that. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured in any way and they truly cared about me and making sure I was happy. Glenn Hawley was my sales rep, it was his second day on the job and he exceeded my expectations. Ryan, I believe he is a sales associate, also made my experience as a first time car buyer a positive one. Thank ya'll so much!

Worst service department ever. Stay away. We told them and showed what issue was. Was told even by another dealership part needed to be replaced. Never take your car there you will be sorry. They didn’t want to fix it even though car has a warranty. Also they had car for more than a 2 weeks.We dropped it off for 3 days since we would be in area. On day 3 they called and said car wasn’t ready!?!? What! And we live 60+miles from dealer. Will never go back
