If I could do zero stars I truly would. I have truly never had a worse customer experience in my life. I emailed their customer service number before ordering a dress to confirm which size to get. Based on my measurements my waist and hips were a size 4 but my bust was about a half inch less than the 8. I asked them based on that which size to get and the only reply I got was they recommend getting the biggest size to fit my largest measurement and then get it tailored. Customer service is 0/10… sent multiple emails and never heard back from them. Then pay $15 for shipping for a very expensive dress for it to come in a BAG. There was a hole in the bag where I could see through to the dress. Thank goodness it wasn’t ripped or messed up, but that doesn’t make a lot of sense. No protection for something so expensive - should’ve been packaged in a box. If there was an issue with the delivery I don’t have faith that I’d be able to get in touch with the company. Don’t buy from this store !!!!!! Honestly the quality of the dresses is really poor and the worst is the customer service ! I bought a dress measure myself based on their measurement guide and it was SOOO big ! And there have been to answer from them when I tried to call ! Terrible customer service !
Do not order here!! I ordered a dress after carefully taking my measurements and comparing them with the size chart on their website. According to their table, I should have been a size 6. When the dress arrived, I was shocked — it was at least one to two sizes too big. Before placing the order, I even emailed them to clarify the sizing. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding and the dress we ordered is pretty. When the dress arrived, it was massive on me even though I ordered the size according to my measurements. I am a usual size 6, but the sizing on their site had me fitting a size 4. I called customer support and the girl told me to email them with pictures of the dress.
