They pick and choose who they want to service at the store. The worker asked if we had an apt I said no. She didn’t let us in. Then some Asian lady comes after us, said she had no apt but still got let in. Disappointing, considering I knew exactly what I was going to buy. I’ll be buying gold else where
Wonderful experience! My wife and I bought matching gold rings. It was fun communicating with staff and their limited english, but it all worked out well in the end. Highly recommended!
