After our emergency call to Luke's Rapid Plumbing, brian and melvin got to our home in chicago right on time and were incredibly helpful. We have an older ranch house on a slab, and the drains for the kitchen sink and bathroom shower were fully clogged. Instead of immediately suggesting a full replacement of my hot water heater with a sky-high bill, Melvin was honest and upfront, focusing on repairs first and even providing a warranty for the work. Our kitchen sink had a big leak, and this plumber came right away. The team was polite, professional, and very good at what they did. They quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it quickly.
