Luke's Rapid Plumbing sent a very skilled plumber, Ezra, to my home in Chicago to fix the shower faucet. He was friendly, respectful, and clearly knew his plumbing work. As a single mother, I wanted to stay nearby and watch what he was doing, and he made me feel completely comfortable with that. brian responded to our home warranty plumbing claim very quickly. he came out the next day to inspect our failed water heater and clearly explained the problem. We went over a few repair and replacement options, and we decided to upgrade the unit. My husband called about a plumbing problem over the weekend. We got a quick callback, and the appointment was set right away.
