Luke was quick to respond after our house fire. However, after that he did not return phone calls and text messages, show up, nor return our house key after multiple promises to do so. Needless to say he was fired from the job. Door locks have to be changed now. If you want reliability, go elsewhere.
Luke showed up at my home first Snow of Charlston and it was bad. He helped me immensely and I would highly recommend him to everyone.
