Professional, Friendly, Competent, Efficient, Caring - the Dedication of Dr. L and his team is "off the scale". I had a non-emergency but texted Dr. L to make sure that there really wasn't an urgency. He reassure me but offered to make the small repair right away...on a SUNDAY evening, in a rain storm with his family in tow!!!
