The whole sign on to either confirm,cancel,or reschedule is a joke. It transmits false info to the doctors office. Showed 2 of us as canceled when we showed up to check in. Get that fixed.... Thankful for the way we were seen finally. Dr.Rigolosi is the best of the best. He is polite , professional,and spends the time he needs to help each patient. His heart is with his patients. He is one of a kind. The 5 stars are for Dr.Rigolosi. If I could, it would be just 1 star for the confirmation process.
