The actual doctors and nurses are good at what they do. The office staff are terrible. The phone is a miracle to get an answer on. My daughters shot record needs sent to her daycare after every checkup, and they are reminded of this. Not once has this ever been done without MULTIPLE callbacks. It's also 4 on a day they close at 5 and the phone goes to a messaging service. Disappointing really.
