Dr. Choi cautioned me about the pain and time of recovery for shoulder surgery to ensure I was fully informed so I could weigh the pros and cons of surgery. I am so glad I moved forward with surgery because I am recovering ahead of schedule and am excited again about returning to golf, pickleball, swimming and bicycling. Got an injection in my knee which doctor recommended. I was told to call in week or two if it didn't help. Didn't heIp at all. I started calling two weeks later. Each time I was put through to his "person" who never answered the phone. I left 4 messages over a two week period. I gave up and scheduled with another doctor.
2 HOUR WAIT AND CROWDED 20 PEOPLE IN A WAITING ROOM WITH 12 CHAIRS DURING COVID PANDEMIC. HE DIDNT HELP ME AT ALL AND DIDNT CARE AT ALL, JUST WANTED ME BACK TO WORK, WITH TORN ROTATOR CUFF
I had 2 massive tears in my rotator cuff and was very blessed to have Dr Choi as my Dr/Surgeon. He is very professional, thoughtful, honest and compassionate. His staff is Wonderful as well. If I were to have a mediocre surgeon, my outcome may not have been as positive. I now have full use of my arm and shoulder again and I am so thankful for his skills and knowledge. I highly recommend Dr Choi to anyone needing help with rotator cuff issues. I have always been treated with the utmost respect.
Absolutely the BEST experience I've had. Dr. Choi is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. He discussed my situation and alternatives in a way that I could understand. He listened to my concerns and helped me to understand all options to allow me to make an informed and confident decision. Surgical staff reflected Dr. Choi beautifully. ALWAYS less than a 10 minutes wait. Surgery healed sooner that expected.
