Finding a doc who will sit down and take his time to just be there to answer all of your questions. It took me a year to finally schedule my total shoulder replacement. Having had a bilateral knee replacement 14 years earlier I know a Rothman Doc was for me again. The surgery at Cherry Kennedy hospital was great. 34 hours later I was out and home. Dr. Austin and Connor were available by phone. Great experience. Driving by 2 weeks. Easy recovery. Best decision and surgery.
Excellent facility and staff. Dr. Austin was great pre surgery and post surgery. Melissa Walsh was friendly and professional with every visit.
I have not a single negative comment to make. Extremely happy with Rothman, especially Dr. Austin.
Dr. Austin is a great doctor. He is professional, honest and a master of his surgical specialty. He went to the highest level when he repaired my shoulder. I think he is truly a superstar.
