***edit : In their reply, they said I left the follow-up pleased. To clarify: while I was happier than before with the overall cut, I was still unhappy with the bangs at the time. I told the stylist immediately they were shorter than expected, but obviously, we couldn’t undo what was already done. For reference, I asked for the face-framing to be slightly above jaw length, but they were cut about to my cheekbone.
