I made an appointment for colour and arrived for my appointment to learn it was only a consultation. This was not communicated to me at the time of the booking and I had planned my entire day on this booking to be told they couldn’t facilitate my request. Nicole was completely uninterested in my concerns. Instead of accommodating me they rebooked me to the following Friday and when I sent an email to communicate my upset they decided to cancel me entirely and recommend I go elsewhere. I had a wonderful experience at Luke Reynolds Hairdressing! Nicole did my haircut and she was absolutely lovely, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out, it looks fresh, stylish, and exactly what I was hoping for. The whole experience was relaxed, welcoming, and I felt really well looked after from start to finish. I want to start by saying that the staff were very lovely and the hairdressers were all really nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, though, I was quite disappointed with the haircut I received. I specifically asked for a mod cut and made it very clear that I wanted to keep my length, with the main goal being to take some of the bulk out. I also specifically asked for layers.
