I have been disappointed with Luke Properties in their inability to work with me. My rent has not been late. One month I was unable to pay the additional $50 concierge fee and not only did they charge me a $30 late fee for that, they charged $10/day until the entire by that time 150 got paid. I communicated my situation extensively and they turned a deaf ear. Luke Properties has been very accommodating since we arrived. When we have trouble getting into our rental, their agents were immediately available to update our code. And, they texted us again to make sure we made it inside. They always answer our questions, and maintenance needs are resolved quickly. I would recommend Luke Property rentals!
Luke Properties has been absolutely fabulous to work with. They literally take care of everything! Matt is extremely organized, has great communication, always has a "can do" attitude with a smile. I would highly recommend Matt and his team!
