Ron did a great job
Jackson is wonderful
The home is nice and I love having a new home. However, there are a few problems like the front door not opening smoothly, the upstairs bedroom window is missing a trim peice which is used for the windows AC, the dryer outlet did not work upon our initial move in and I'm not sure if the carpets were cleaned. But all together it's a nice home that I am happy to live in. All problems can be fixed easily and quickly. Not to mention when I submitted a meld request the issue was fixed almost immediately.
I have moved into a Luke property owned and maintained by Luke. I appreciate their willingness to acquiesce to their tenants needs in a timely manner, especially those that are related to safety and security of the property. All in all the move in process has not been unpleasant. Look forward to enjoying the home that I have rented from them and and working with them moving forward.
