Jackson arrived to do the inspection. The inspection went well. I had him take pictures in each room of what looks like potential water damage on the ceiling . He also took pictures of what appears to be mold on the basement foundation wall from previous water issues.
They are great to work with and respond quickly to questions.
Matt (the owner) is truly an expert in the field. His mastery in effectively managing properties is unmatched!
