Maybe they take more business than they have manpower to support because the wait time to see Dr was almost unreasonable. The nurse also forgot to run a necessary test after eyes were dilated. The surgery scheduler had left for the day and we were told she would call us. Ive left 5 messages now over a month’s time and have gotten no where. And the kicker is the infection in left eye from not cleaning their equipment properly. Frustrating to say the least. Dr. Potts is excellent with diagnosis and explaining the problem very clearly with pictures. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and a good listener to patient's questions and answering them patiently. He sure is a five start doctor.
Dr Potts is an incredible surgeon. This was my very first major surgery and he made my experience very seamless and smooth. I had both cataracts removed and now I am 20/20 vision. Very happy to say that I highly recommend Dr Potts. He is very professional personable and kind.
