About this business

I take the fight against cancer personally. I lost my father to esophageal cancer. I understand the disruption cancer causes in a family. Attempting to understand the disease, treatment options, and make life changing decisions can seem overwhelming. I strive to help each patient and family gain knowledge of their disease and treatment options so they are well prepared to make the best decisions possible. We offer one of the top urological cancer research programs in the country.

I met Dr. Nordquist (Luke) with a diagnosis of advanced prostate cancer. I knew I needed an oncologist who could think outside the box. Dr. Nordquist sat us down and went over not only what we needed to do right away, but laid out the course of options for the future. Everything he went over was in clear language, not medicalese. He does this for everyone!!! Long story short, we WON with his support, attention to detail, and the incredible team he has assembled at X-Cancer Urology Cancer Center. Not only that, but our follow... read more

I was diagnosed about 1/2 years ago with metastatic prostate cancer. My hospital seemed cold and I was just part of the herd. Very sad feeling. Then I found a clinical trial I wanted to be apart of that took me to UCC, Omaha, NE and Dr. Luke. I have been traveling have way across the country to be a part of that trial. Around 30 trips so far and from the very first trip I have never regretted it. Great personal care that makes you feel like you are part of their family and they really care about you. I would like to say to D... read more

Dr Nordquist visited wth me one on one and explained what I needed to know about prostate cancer and his treatment of such. Numerous attempts were looked into by the team yet I didn't qualify for such for one reason or another until now. I have accepted treatment under a new drug of which the results will be available soon ad I hope and pray that soon I will be cancer free. I joke with his staff about the fact that I was among the first in the world to receive this drug.

I was diagnosed with prostrate cancer in June of 2021. Told it was stage 4 and metastasited to one lymph node. So was not a canidate for surgery or other forms of treatment. The onconlogist that I was seeing at the time treatment plan was hormone therapy and chemo. Yet it had not been determined if it had spread outside the pelvic. So I went for a second opinion to a Cancer Treatment Center and was confirmed. The did an extensive n PET SCAN no detection of cancer any where else in the body. A couple months later I was given ... read more

My husband and I sat down with Dr. Nordquist for nearly two hours. He gave us much needed information on diagnosis, treatments and advancements. We had time to ask questions and get answers. Dr. Nordquist helped us make an informed decision on what to do next.
