About this business

I take the fight against cancer personally. I lost my father to esophageal cancer. I understand the disruption cancer causes in a family. Attempting to understand the disease, treatment options, and make life changing decisions can seem overwhelming. I strive to help each patient and family gain knowledge of their disease and treatment options so they are well prepared to make the best decisions possible. We offer one of the top urological cancer research programs in the country.

I have nothing negative in any categories of care after 5 years my cancer journey. I recommend, and have already recommended Dr Luke to several others dealing with prostate cancer without hesitation!

Dr. Luke Nordquist has been managing my incurable prostate cancer since 2017 when surgical intervention in 2016 did not succeed in removing cancer from me. He is a straight shooter who provides great overviews of what is happening and how it will be addressed. He places you at ease during a time when you need that the most. He told me in 2017 that at that time, there is no cure for me but that there were ample methods of controlling cancer and keeping me healthy. The staff is caring , understanding , works with you. Dr Luke Nordquist, is kind, he explains things pros and cons, so you understand them. Prostrate Cancer is scary enough, many options were explained to us. Walked us through and discussed things so we would understand them. we were treated as human beings and not a number.

I have only seen Dr. Nordquist once in 2 years. I am really disappointed that Eligard is $5100 every 3 months. Initially, they accepted the results of another urologist and never checked them self. I have asked a chest x-ray be done again and have been refused, as I want to see the results of any change.

I have been being treated by Dr. and his team for going on 6 yrs. During this this I have always felt like a person not just "another patient". His treatments are cutting edge and have things at bay by changing things up as circumstances require.
