I take the fight against cancer personally. I lost my father to esophageal cancer. I understand the disruption cancer causes in a family. Attempting to understand the disease, treatment options, and make life changing decisions can seem overwhelming. I strive to help each patient and family gain knowledge of their disease and treatment options so they are well prepared to make the best decisions possible. We offer one of the top urological cancer research programs in the country.

Following a disappointing experience with my urologist in Lincoln, I self-referred to Dr. Nordquist. (He came highly recommended by some good friends). His office is modern and very clean. His staff treated me very well and they were both helpful and supportive. Dr. Luke took time to explain my medical situation and offer quarterly medical follow-up and PSA monitoring. I have been with him and his staff for 3 years and am totally satisfied with his services.
If any friend is diagnosed with prostate cancer, I would strongly encourage them to visit Dr. Nordquist.
Dr Nordquist was very good at explaining prostate cancer and answered any questions we had and any concerns we had were addressed. I feel very comfortable with Dr Nordquist. I naturally am not looking forward to treatment, but feel I will be in very capable hands.
I have been associated with Dr. Nordquist and staff for over seven years. I find them to be professional, empathatic, very clear at explaining treatment options, and highly successful in facilitating medical professional/patient bonds. I have been most impressed at the number of experimental treatment options available to patients that qualify. I have participated in a good number of studies to date. An office is only as good as their weakest link. There are none at the Oncol. Can. Ctr!
I was unlucky getting cancer, but certainly lucked out when referred to Dr. Nordquist. He is extremely intelligent and explains things very clearly and addressed each of my concerns. His staff really seems to care for their patients and were always able to make me smile no matter how terrible I felt. I hope I don't have to refer anyone myself, but if I do, Dr. Nordquist and his team will always be first choice.
I started with a clinical trial for bladder cancer. That was unsuccessful. Then I began treatments for cancer that entered my lymph nodes. I have had excellent care and take treatments every 2 weeks. Dr. Nordquist and his nursing staff are friendly and helpful. They are efficient in providing treatment and I appreciate their friendly attitude.
Despite a few negative reviews I would highly recommend Dr. Nordquist as one of my principal caregivers. I found him late in my treatment and feel he will be a great asset in my ongoing care along with my urologist. My advice for anyone struggling with prostate cancer: get several opinions to make an informed decision. There are many approaches to treatment of this disease. Dr. Nordquist is great because he explains the basics of cancer, options for treatment and does cutting-edge research.
The entire staff, from the moment you arrive are incredibly professional and very kind. They truly care about you and you can tell. I would highly recommend Dr. Nordquist and his staff!!!
Probably the best doctor visit I have ever had. The staff was very attentive and knowledgable. Our session with Dr. Nordquist was remarkable. He gave his presentation in easy to understand language using very helpful examples and answered every question I had.
