Dr. Balsamo is very personable, understanding and kind. He explains everything very well and answers questions with care.
Dr. Balsamo was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I have had a very bad experience with this practice 12 years ago and I swore that I would never go there again, but my experience with Dr. Balsamo and the nurses has made me think twice about that. Everyone was nice and respectful until I went back. He was dismisivel and told me nothing was wrong with my hip.
