We had a wonderful time picking out pieces with Sally. Her knowledge about the company, products, and craftsmanship was impressive. We appreciated her professionalism and honest opinions. She really opened our eyes to unexpectedly beautiful options and we are beyond satisfied with our experience at Luk Fook. I would recommend to anyone looking for high quality pieces for any occasion.
Good place but charges high and above the marked gold price. If the spot price is $145/ gram they are charging $190/ gram. The difference is too much. On top of that making and tax 13%. They should not make big difference between spot price and tag price. -$10-$15 dollar is reasonable.

A very nice store with friendly and helpful staff. Recently visited this store for the first time as I was looking for a gift and it turned out to be an awesome buying experience. Upon entry we were greeted by Sally, who kindly helped us navigate the store. She was extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly not pressuring.
