Dr Luis Vasquez should be in the janitorial services and no where near Psychiatric patients.
Dr. Vazquez is an outstanding & highly educated psychiatrist. I have built great trust and confidence in him. Unfortunately, his nurse lacks compassion, intelligence and patience. She should not be permitted to work with humans and is far more suited for a position collecting urine. Due to her incompetence, I have been left waiting 20 days for an urgent refill in January 2016 and once again in April 2016. My pHarmacy faxed and left messages. They provided me emergency supplies.I left messages.
