RecommendedWe have purchased 2 upright freezers and a dryer. Customer Service is great. Delivery is fast and reasonably priced. They are my new “go-to” for appliances before I go shopping the big box stores. Why pay new prices when scratch and dent or quality used is fine?
I bought a stove in December. It’s already broken. The store said they’d provide labor if I paid for the part. Which is fine. My problem is they have stood me up 3 times then came unannounced once and wouldn’t wait the 12 minutes it would have taken for me to get home to be there to let them in my home. Came on Saturday May 30 without any warning when he wasn’t due to come till June 2. He didn’t show up on June 2. Then he was supposed to come June 12. Never came. Scheduled to come today! NEVER CAME! Our fridge went bad, was able to find a very nice affordable fridge here. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful.
Great customer service! I just had to tell him what I needed and he led me right to it. Delivered quickly and as promised. Great quality used appliances at a very reasonable price. I'm very pleased.
