Very rude and unprofessional experience. Trying to obtain my own medical records has been unnecessarily difficult, and the staff has been little to no help. When speaking with them, they come across as if they couldn’t care less about the patient’s concerns or needs. Communication and professionalism definitely need improvement, especially when patients are simply asking for access to their own medical information.
