Very unprofessional real estate agent. He demanded an exclusivity contract before I even met him in person. How do I know I want to work with you if I haven't even met you in person or seen a house with you? How do I know you have my best interest in mind? I need to feel comfortable and know I can trust someone before I hand them 2-3% of my sale.
