Luis was great. He represented me on the sell side. He went the extra mile to get this deal across the table. His years of experience on the buy side, sell side and as an investor himself were invaluable in the process as he's encountered a lot of the specific details that were involved in my own deal. He also gave great advice when it came to dealing with buyers and negotiating sale price swings.
Horrible Experience - Rude and Unprofessional I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this real estate agent. From the very beginning, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
