A hemmerhoidectomy is probably the most painful, tortuous experience you will ever have if you decide to go through with it. The doctor is wonderful. However, I'm not sure that the extent of the pain was clearly communicated or I would have not gone through with it. I am still in complete and utter pain a full 8 days after the surgery. This should have been described as "torture", no less. That would have been a more apt description that "you will feel discomfort for a few weeks." Really, there needs to be some level-setting... read more

Everything! The young lady in the check in reception area is extremely professional, efficient and courteous. The staff inside is also great, very friendly. Doctor Hernandez was phenomenal! He took the time to hear my medical history and situation. He discussed my different options for treatment and was very professional and helpful. He even addressed one of my medical problems the same day I had my first visit and evaluation. I feel much better. Overall, I had a great experience, better than what I expected.
