Been with DR Luis Robles for years, but now I feel he doesn't care anymore his nurse told me that I had 4 months with out seeing Dr.Robles! I have dementia and they don't call to remind me of my appointment? That's sad ??.I had to Moved On to another DR. Need to upgrade there phone services
Specifically called to get an appointment with my doctor Robles requested I requested him been by him and even when I got there there was asking whether I wanted to see him I called for refill n they hung up 4times
My perception is that he is a money grabber; most patients are on government care and he packs them in. This can't be legal!
I don't like the way my 90-year-old father-in-law is treated, they let him wait a long time in the waiting room for the nurse to see him. and they haven't checked his feet and he has a horrible fungus. when it is his turn to draw blood he has to wait an hour. They have no empathy with the elderly. He lives alone and they don't call the day care to monitor his medications and medical appointments. The doctor. robles just says it's old. but as long as he is alive he must be treated as a normal man.
Staff NEED to get the ball rolling!!!
I am very disappointed that the doctor's office does not process pharmacy fax requests for refills at all. I am always told to follow-up with doctor . I did that this week. However, that didn't even help because they are off today and won't return until Monday. And now medication has not been refilled. I have been waiting on them since visiting pharmacy last week. This is ridiculous!
Some of the rudest staff i have ever dealt with

I waited one and a half hours after my scheduled appointment and still no doctor. I left. This is no way to run a practice.
