Loved this Dr. He remembers about all of his patients.
The doctor himself is pretty good... if you can actually see him. His staff is rude and never answers the phone, and even if you manage to get an appointment, it's with a nurse practitioner. To be honest, it should be HER name on the practice, not his.
DR GUTIERREZ AND HIS NEW STAFF ARE THE BEST THAT HE COULD HAVE. THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF CHANGES AND THE OFFICE HAS BECOME MUCH MORE EFFICIENT AND ARE VERY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY. WE ARE LUCKY TO HAVE A GREAT DOCTOR AND HIS MANAGER IS VERY HELPFUL.
You can never get an appointment to see the doctor....it's always the nurse practitioner that you have to see. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I recently changed doctors. I would not go back to this office if you paid me!!!!
I have been going to this doctor for almost one year. He is very thorough, courteous and cares about his patients. The NP is very patient, courteous and care about her patients. I have seen them both and they spend time to explain my condition and treat me with respect. The office is very busy and the practice has grown since I started going there. I guess he is doing something right. I walk in whenever I cannot get an appointment because it is also a walk in clinic. I am confident in his care

We have been working very hard to improve this situation
I have been a patient of Dr. Gutierrez for several years. It has become nearly impossible to schedule an appointment with the physician. I have been calling for two weeks and leaving messages to try and schedule an appointment and no one returns phone calls. The level of care has deteriorated to the point where I no longer trust my healthcare to this doctor or this office. The phone system was still set to Lunch at 3:45 this afternoon!!!
I believe he is the best dr and have the best staff. He cares about his patience well being....
