I have been Dr. Gutierrez's patient for many years, but now I am leaving his office because to get an appointment with him is an impossible mission! He is always booked and his staff is not great, though he is very friendly, he does not have the time to follow up with his patients and the level of care has been deteriorating.
Friendly and as accommodating as possible. . A friendly staff that won’t coerce you just for your business. Very attentive and straightforward from the Doctor himself to his front desk.
I had an ischemic cva (clot-based stroke) in 2007, when I was 49 years old. Dr. G. has been my go-to-medical pro for nearly 8 years. Between he/his staff/and my actively involved insurance, my care has never been better. I take 7 prescriptions on a daily basis + blood tests 4X per year. One of that group of caregivers makes sure that I know of and schedule my seeing the good Dr. To those negative reviews, I suggest that those experience were unaccustomed events. Great Doctor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gutierrez is very detailed with his explanations and addresses all the concerns we have. The medical assistants, admin, referral coordinator, and front desk are so kind all the time.
Horrible doctor .... even worse staff!! Stay away from this office by any means. All of them speak in spanish speaking rude things about the people that come in... if you don’t have an appointment be ready to wait over 45 minutes... not to mention if the doctor “is too busy” he doesn’t even come in to see you. He just hears what the practitioner says and writes whatever medication he feels like. No 1 on 1 conversations, no communication, Worst doctors office Ive ever been to. 0/5 stars

We are very sorry that you think so bad about our office. We try very hard to keep our patients healthy and happy. We have not had a Nurse practitioner since May of this year so not sure when you came into the office if the only one seeing patients is Dr. Gutierrez. Dr. Gutierrez strives to be the best doctor that he can be and is a professional, outgoing, passionate doctor, never seen upset always in good spirits and smiling.
I am experiencing a very painful episode of sciatica, this time my upper thigh muscle is numb. When this current episode happened I was in so much pain I could hardly walk, I had to wait a week to be seen. the pain was so intense I had to go to my designated hospital, Cleveland clinic Emergency room where they took care of me. now I finished my MRI for Lumbar and I have to wait until June 9 to see Dr,Gutierrez so I can see a specialist. I am going to look for another medical office. UNSAT !

No follow ups, doesn't return calls., rude staff, and he himself is very rude. I wouldn't trust him with a common cold!

Dr. Gutirrez and his staff was the best. He listens and doesn't push you out. I would highly recommend Dr. Gutirrez and his staff.
