They were AWESOME!!! We were in town with a large group and another restaurant cancelled our reservations. The staff at Luigi's was very helpful, gave us our options and were honest with us about how long we would have to wait to get our party in. The food was WONDERFUL and our server was FANTASTIC!! We'll be back when we come back to Rock Hill!!
Food is terrific! I eat all over the menu and never had a dish I didn't think was fantastic. When my doctor had me on a special diet for a while, they were so accommodating. Always friendly -one of our favorites!

Luigi's is my go-to Italian restaurant! Wonderful, comfortable atmosphere, always friendly servers, delicious fresh homemade dishes.
Went there last. First off service there is extremely slow. The food was not cooked properly literally took 2 bites of it and asked for it to be taken off my bill. They wanted to make me a new dish, but I had somewhere to be and didn't have time to stay any longer. We had already spent 2 hours there. They did not refund me my 17.99 for a dish I didn't eat or give me the option to take the food home. I will never go back to this place and I will make sure anyone who asks me knows exactly how they treat customers.
Food is great. Our waitress did a wonderful job every time. Haile Bennett is the best. We ask for her every time. I see lots of people complaining about waiting on food. Never had a problem with waiting. Me and the family eat there once a month.
