Ordering was a challenge for us. We called several times during business hours and were sent to voicemail. Tried again on a separate occasion and the same thing happened. After the 4th call we finally got a live answer and ordered our first Luigi's pizzas. A 16" combo and 10" cheese and olive. Both pizzas were tasty. The crust was especially good. Really bad service. And dough bites were gooey not even cooked all the way through and realized when I bit into one I was eating Uncooked dough not cheese gross really upset! Will not be going back. Super disappointed !
Just got a bacon ranch pizza and the garlic cheesy stuffed bread balls and everything was delicious! The bread balls are to die for. Definitely a new favorite.
Walked in and ordered a pizza took it home it was wrong they said they'd make it right I tasted your pizza the chicken tasted bad very unhappy with the chicken on the pizza people were very nice though but bad pizza

I love the service quick and fresh. My pizza was amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The crust, toppings, sauce are amazing. Well worth it ready to try all the other pizza.
Very great customer service. First time we have been there. Very good pizza but needed more sauce (personal preference) . Our family are saucey people. We do plan to return. Next time we are going to try the pan crust pizza. Looking forward to it.
