I'm sorry we just found this place. Luigi's pizza is some of the best I have eaten. I can eat pizza for each meal and not get tired of it and Luigi's is that pizza! I have not phoned an order in yet but I do go into the store and order. Never had to wait more than 30 minutes from time in to time out. I'm happy.
Terrible customer service. No one greets you when you come in. Then has an attitude if you don't know what you want right away.
The new luigi's Pizza is the best more expensive than the old owner but the freshness is outta this world!!I also tried the Parmesan cheese balls and they were fresh baked with lots of cheese

THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER why the 5 star? Because without hesitation it was made right. I didnt have to argue my point it was just great service! Not to mention as always the pizza and calzone was on point!
Great pizza for movie night. Odd thing to be happy about, but I appreciate the OCD layered toppings. Lol
My Review is I've been there three times. And would I go again ?? Yes Most Definitely. ... Love the owners Special Calzone. Not on the Menu tho. Gotta get him to make it himself.. Delicious. ..... !!!
If you haven't tried it, then you need to, Luigi's pizza guys! The girls behind the counter are wonderful and extremely polite. The food is hands down the best pizza I have had in a very long time. The owner is on site and personally greets his customers with a smile. The environment is very laid back. A wonderful place all the way around.
Why advertise you offer bbq sauce for your pizza when you don't carry it. Walked in nobody was there, yet we weren't even greeted, no acknowledgment or anything. Finally when someone went to take our order she looked completely confused when we asked for bbq sauce. I told her its on the menu and she goes no it's not. I go it's right there she looks and goes I don't know why it's on there then. Walked right out. Get better customer service please.
