HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend this salon to my worst enemy! I had a terrible hair experience which caused CHUNKS OF MY HAIR TO FALL OUT! Followed by a terrible experience with their costumer service! The salon manager! I didn’t like that she was so unprofessional, rude and short tempered! I went in to speak with the owner who was very hostile and attacked me verbally! This salon is a very toxic atmosphere! I now go to a different salon in Birmingham who has saved my hair from the damage Luigi’s salon has caused.

Luigi is an amazing owner and hairstylist. Kevin is so good with color and styles. Hailey does a good job managing the salon. Alexis is so wonderful and patience as a receptionist. Her beautiful smile lights up the whole place! And a big shout out to the rest of the Hairstylist and staff!!
Ashley is the best hairstylist I’ve had. I have had 2 that I was very faithful to but wasn’t that happy. My friend told me I should see Ashley & I did hesitate but I made that appointment & couldn’t have been happier... I just seen her again for the 3rd time & I just absolutely love my hair & am so grateful that she’s in the business. Thank u so much Ashley!
