Worst experience ever. I've never dealt with a dealership that was so dishonest. You would think they would be willing because it's their commission however these guys are awful. I wouldn't go back there if they were giving cars away. I read one comment that says the business manager needs customer service class I most definitely agree. Customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced. I've never encountered incompetence like I have at lugoff Toyota. Go through five different people for seven months to try and get a new key made for my car and when they finally even get the key ordered and I show up for my appointment to have the key programmed, what happens? I had the best experience with the purchasing of my vehicle. I would personally like to thank Ira Thomas,Jr. who was so knowledgeable about each vehicle and took his time explaining every detail of the car inside and out!!!! As well as Megan Allen who stayed on top of every question or concerns we had. There is a lot of anxiety and emotions when you're making decisions but I must admit you all made it an easy transition... Hats off to you Ira and Megan. We are telling all of our family and friends about Lugoff Toyota!!!!
Poor customer service and management at this dealership when it comes to rentals and getting parts. Had to go 8 days without a car before they paid for a rental and it took a a total of 10 days to fix the recall part and some links. Just terrible....
