Overall great customer service thanks to Kaitlan!!! However very misleading salesmen. Drove over an hour under the impression of an exact rate by phone because they needed to meet their "quota" with it being the end of the month. Once I got there and looked at an even cheaper new vehicle was told something totally different and the salesman would not budge!!! Very disappointed!! Again, Kaitlan had excellent customer service!!!!
Kaitlan was great. She helped me buy a used car and it was a smooth and easy process. I would recommend Lugoff Toyota to anyone. The entire staff was great from the person answering the phone to the final finance guy.
