Last month Tommy Lee sold me my brand new 4Runner. Tommy not only got me exactly what I asked for, he went over and beyond training me on all components and the extras that I wouldn't have used otherwise. Tommy takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to know his products inside and out. He can answer all questions and even makes training videos to share with all customers, not just his customers. Tommy is by far the best salesman I have ever experienced!

My husband took his Tacoma here for a recall. He was told it would take SIX MONTHS to fix the truck for recall. He was also told he would not be able to get a truck for the rental vehicle, even though he absolutely needs a truck (hence why we bought the Tacoma in the first place). He decided to call Dick Dyer instead. Dick Dyer had his truck fixed in TWO WEEKS, and also gave him a rental truck for that time. I highly recommend checking around before taking your vehicle here for service.

I'm very happy with our new vehicle. They were able to get it to us in time for vacation. I'm sure we will love our Highlander. Joe did a great job showing us how all the bells and whistles work.
We had a mixed experience with Lugoff Toyota. We got the vehicle we wanted and the Highlander is great so far, but we came to Lugoff on the idea that the vehicle was on the lot. We were a little disappointed in the trade in value of our low mileage VW, but the deal we made in the end was pretty good and the Highlander was delivered to us in Lexington a day earlier than promised.
