Very nice people to deal with. Went in knowing exactly what I wanted. They showed me a few options and ended up having to order it, sent me home in one almost just like it and then met me half way to deliver mine to me. Darius was very personable, professional and genuinely cared about what I wanted. He didn’t seem to be there “just to sell a vehicle.” He wanted to help gt me into what I wanted and could afford. The finance department was easy to deal with also.
Purchased a new RAV4. Joe Mccomas as the great ability to “ listen” and adapt to customer needs. Their service level exceeded my expectations.. Joe was quick to answer any questions, very knowledgeable and made me feel like his number one priority. I’m sure he does this for everyone. Finance manager Ryan, also excellent service. I recommend using the internet to research and then working with the internet sales team. They were great! No pressure and extremely friendly and helpful. Also, the sales managers were very helpful in helping us work through the different financing options as well as getting a great deal on our trade-in.
If you go here be wise they are liars and manipulate your words BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT TAKE THE FLYER TO THEM YOU ONLY GET $2 AFTER YOU TELL THEM YOU AREN'T BUYING.
