We provide automotive repair services for domestic and asian import vehicles. Diagnose engine light, brake services, steering and alignments, suspension and various other systems of the car. Though we are not an in and out oil change place we DO provide this service if we have time available so there could be a long wait. It would be best to have an oil change with other service while your car is here. We have the latest in tools and equipment to get the job done right.

Reviews prove accurate – Was told by Leonard's Muffler that I needed front brakes at $250. Skeptical, I went to Lugnuts for a second opinion. They told me brakes have 30 percent left--that is, they are fine. Were I to do them anyway, $160. Lugnuts earned a customer, and I'm afraid I won't be going to Leonard's anymore.
Fast affordable oil change... – Being new to Austin, I looked here on Citysearch and found these guys. They were able to take me in the moment I walked in and in around a half hour I was back in my car and on the road again. The oil change was only $28 which was reasonable. The people were mildly friendly. However, I also asked for an estimate to fix the lights in the dashboard of my Honda Element. im sorry if there was some miss communication about your lights. the labor would be 85 dollars to pull the instrument panel to see why the lights are not working. there would be no additional labor charge to install new bulbs if that is all it needs. just the price of the bulbs. it is hard to give a firm estimate without knowing what is the cause of the problem. hope will give us another chance.

Fast Friendly Service - Best Price – These guys are friendly and helpful. They have such great prices and fast service. Most shops seem to just try and push you in and out the door, but Lugnuts takes the time to treat you like a person and not just a customer. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
Excellent service – I brought my car to Lugnuts because I thought my car had brake problems and needed them replaced, which would have been really expensive. However, they called me up to inform me that it wasn't my brakes and that it was something else. It ended up being cheaper, and I will definitely go back to them again. They are fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. You don't have to worry about them swindling you or anything, unlike other automotive places.
THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! – I was told by multiple shops that my truck was in need of a new engine and I decided to have Lugnuts put it in. They were helpful, timely, and friendly and quoted me a very reasonable price to get the engine and put it in. I gave them the "go ahead" to get the work done and away they worked. Good Honest Mechanics – I called several shops to get a price quote for a spark plug & wire change and basic brake pad replacement on my wife's car. Not only did Lugnuts have one of the lowest prices, they were also very straight with me throughout the entire process. Honest Automobile Repair – Folks, my daughter is in Austin, I'm in Amarillo. Her car would not start and the vehicle would not go into gear. I had it towed to Lugnuts by their suggested tow company. It proved to be bad battery cables and a rubber fitting that had slipped in the shifter causing it not to go into gear. Repairs were $57.50!!! You can see the protential to tell us anything they wanted and to inflate the bill. I have nothing but respect for the honesty and work of this shop. I will fully recommend it to all.
