RecommendedI pulled my car in the garage last night around 10pm and the door slammed down behind me. One of the springs popped. I called thinking I was going to have to miss work tomorrow and schedule an appointment for the morning because I couldn’t get the 350lbs door to stay up. He arrived within 30 minutes last night to fix it! Thanks! Much appreciated!
We called on a Saturday when we couldn't get our cars out of the garage due to a broken spring. Jim rearranged his scheduled and was at our house within the hour. One hour later everything was fixed and at a reasonable price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I called today asking to set an appointment to get my garage door opener repaired. They said they would come out between 10am and 1pm. Nobody shows up until 420pm when nobody is home. I tried calling the office all afternoon to see what the status was of the repair tech and nobody answered. I wouldn't recommend using them unless you have all day to wait and hope they show up.
We've had 3 service calls in the last 3 years and each one has been amazing! They are always friendly, reliable, courteous, on time, quick to fix the issue and fairly priced. We are very happy with the quality and service we receive from Able Luebke Overhead Door.
