I have been working out at Ludus Actius for about two months and I love the place! Great staff and the Ludus Actius workout is very effective. It is a 60 minute HIIT workout that really gets the heart going. I come away from each workout tired but in a good way. I'll be staying around with this gym for a while, for sure!!
I recommend it 100%, the excellent attention, friendly family, excellent staff and above all, love of sports
