Ludus Actius is a truly family-friendly gym that offers much more than just great workouts. One of the best gyms I have ever been a part of. Every class follows a structured workout plan, with the personal trainers assigned for each class to guide, motivate, and push you through a complete full-body workout. There is no need to spend time planning your workouts—the coaches take care of everything, a lot of preps and thinking goes behind planning for each day workouts. Started 1 week ago. Love it so far. Super friendly staff. They really focus on technique. They push you but always the right amount. Great workout with balance of strength and cardio. I’ll update posts as time goes along. But so far, very impressed.

I had an amazing workout at Ludus. I came in not knowing exactly what I was capable of, and by the end of the class I was surprised at how much I learned. Even movements that usually feel heavy, like the deadlift, felt much better with the proper guidance. In just one class I was able to improve my form and understand the exercises much better. I have been working out at Ludus Actius for about two months and I love the place! Great staff and the Ludus Actius workout is very effective. It is a 60 minute HIIT workout that really gets the heart going. I come away from each workout tired but in a good way. I'll be staying around with this gym for a while, for sure!!
