⸻ I want to start by saying I was disappointed with my experience at this Penn location. It felt insulting to be told I had to come here for my first appointment, as if no other location was an option. While the staff themselves were polite, the overall atmosphere was not welcoming. The space felt poorly maintained and uninviting—dark décor, no photos or artwork, and a setup that felt more like a free clinic than a Penn facility. This clinic is going downhill by the day! I came here for all of my previous pregnancies. This is my 4th pregnancy coming here & im disappointed in the way they handle their patients. The MA’s are fine. But when it comes to the Nurse Practitioners & MD’s they do not listen to patients concerns. On top of that the same doctor is never available from appointment to appointment so you will see someone different each time.
