I love coming here and delivering at Penn Hospital, I have no complaints. Everyone from the front to the back is amazing and knowledgeable and friendly! This is my second pregnancy with Ludmir, I definitely recommend have a blessed day!
I came back here because I also was seen here with my 1st child. But coming back for my 2nd child was a nightmare & pointless visits. When I came back for my 2nd pregnancy I found out they lost my 1st child’s birth records they suppose to have on file which was back in 2010 when my daughter was born at the hospital. So that shocked me from the beginning & still till this day 8 months & 1 week later still haven’t found my daughter birth records. Life-threatening negligence and administrative failure for high-risk patient I am a high-risk patient whose survival, and that of my baby, depends entirely on TPN. ⸻ I want to start by saying I was disappointed with my experience at this Penn location. It felt insulting to be told I had to come here for my first appointment, as if no other location was an option. While the staff themselves were polite, the overall atmosphere was not welcoming. The space felt poorly maintained and uninviting—dark décor, no photos or artwork, and a setup that felt more like a free clinic than a Penn facility.
