Very unprofessional...patient has been neglected and has gone without needed medical supplies which caused an infection. They never answer phone calls. Staff sits at desk drinks coffee and shows off their manicures. My son has several medical issues that need to be addressed. Now he has bed sores from lying in bed and waiting on medical supplies.
