Responsive, helpful and a very good deal and product. I purchased it right away as it was just what I needed.
My wife and I purchased the car. Overall I was pleased. The one concern I had was what the mechanic said he did and what he actually did were different. Nothing major but if the one who says such and such will be done, I expect that it will be done. It wasn't all done as the mechanic told Ken that it was. Quick to respond to my questions and update me on the status of the vehicle I'm interested in. I haven't had an opportunity to go down and look at the vehicle in person and test drive it, but no complaints about the customer service out the gate! Very professional and accommodating.
