Dr. Ferran and the Ludlam Dixie Animal Clinic team are amazing. Dr. Ferran is incredibly knowledgeable and takes care of your pets as if they were his own. My family and I have had a couple pet emergencies with our oldest dog and Dr. Ferran has done a great job explaining things in terms we understand and removing the panic in the situation. Would recommend him to all pet owners I know.
I have worked for Dr.Ferran for the better part of 13 years. He has always been available to speak and be there for my pets. On occasion people call who want to speak with him and fail to realize that this is a one Vet practice and it is almost impossible to get to everyone. One thing for sure is that if he can not see a pet we always refer to someone who can address the issue at hand. C certainly no complaints ever from me.
