I have worked at Ludington Woods for 3 years now and I love every second spent with these residents! They show me everyday why I love my job. I love the activities and working together as a team to make all the residents happy!
I have worked at Ludington Woods for several months now after my mother passed in March. I wanted to give back to the community and work in the memory ward as my mother had dementia and I couldn't imagine working anywhere else and I learn something new from our residents every day and it helps me understand them even more so. So I can give them the best care they deserve.
I enjoy working with the residents. There like another family to me. I love to bake and play games and do crafts with them.
