Mehh.. I went to Ludger's for a wedding cake tasting and thought that the cake was good, but was so put off by their costumer service. They were not warm or friendly in any way. I would not use them for this simple reason and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There are better bakeries in town who are much more friendly (Ann's for example!)
KK The customer service is absolutley horrid!! The owners and staff are very rude and unfriendly and that is an understatement. And the baker is a filthy mess. I will never go to them for any of my cake or catering needs. I have let all family and friends know how I feel and I hope this helps you make the right decision when shopping around for cakes or catering!
Highly Reccommend!!! I went to Ludger's for my boyfriends birthday cake. Allison was so great in working with me to make sure the cake was perfect. She was very helpful and patient with me while I tried to work out what I wanted. Everyone loved the finished product. We will definitely be coming back to Ludger's. I highly recommend Ludger's to anyone looking for high quality, yummy cakes!
Taste-a-la-pooza!!! My wife and I used Ludgers for our wedding cake. I can honestly say that I have never had a better cake in my life! The creaminess was overwhelmingly delicious and the texture was absolute perfection. In fact, when we thawed our enormous 1 year anniversary slice the following year it was the second best cake I had ever tasted.
