I always take my son pants for alterations and get exactly what I want no problems for about 6years no problems.
Lucy’s literally saved my daughter’s wedding. she had ordered a dress on-line; it came in late, wrong and unsalvageable. We then ordered 3 more—larger than needed, but still way too small. In two days, Xiomara managed to give my daughter her favorite dress by working tirelessly to remake the lace bodice, let out the skirt and add new fabric to the lace-up back so the dress would fit. This pathetic excuse for a dry cleaners absolutely BOTCHED my engagement photo dress. I will be posting the before and afters shortly. Even worse, they botched it TWICE. After refusing to reimburse me the first time, the manager and owner essentially gave me no option other than to allow them to attempt to fix my dress. When it comes to long dresses, they can't even hem them straight. When you ask for it to be corrected, they said too much time had passed. Guess what you don't wear long dresses that often. I bought the dress, asked them to fix and saved for a wedding in June. It was your sloppy work. Not mine!
