Good atmosphere, good pricing and the best friendly service
Lucy is good at what she does and very personable. My daughter has been having Lucy cut her hairs for a few years now. Now that we have moved one hour away from Waterloo, she still make special trips back to Waterloo just to get her haircut from Lucy.
I took my 5 year old nephew to this place and Lucy did an excellent job, she is really nice and talented. Definitely a place to comeback.
