Love everything but if you have to pick something try the chicken arepa with avocado... Definitely get the mango juice "with water" (just trust me on this, don't blend it with the milk) so refreshing, like a mango icee almost, fantastic. Love all of the empanadas each a little different from different regions.. But above it all loved getting to know this couple, their love of their restaurant and the pride they take on all of their cooking. She's making it all fresh everyday, and you can tell. Can't get better!!!

I totally love this place, the owners have become like family, food is delicious..I always eat the Venezuelan platter or Venezuelan breakfast, the owners make you feel at home, the service is excellent !
We loved loved loved the food, owners are very friendly and we will recommend it. We are from Miami and we miss the food from there...We were very happy to have gone to eat lunch at Lucy's Bakery the tequeños, arepa ( picture shown ) empanadas, morcilla, Cuban sandwich, and passion fruit juice were so good and yes we ate all of it and can't wait to come back. Thank you Lucy's bakery for reminding us how great our Latin food tastes and for bringing a little bit of our Latin flavors to Charlotte!

When I feel homesick I go to Lucy's. Great Venezuelan food! I feel in my home land when I go to Lucy's because of their delicious food, music, and of course their hospitality! Great fresh food made by wonderful people!!
